Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Swarique, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange process subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 48 hours of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product must not show signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing, incorrect, or damaged items. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@swarique.com or submit a request through our Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your Swarique Order ID and registered contact number.
  3. Mention the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Share the reason for return along with relevant images and/or videos.
  5. Submit your request for review.

Our team will review the request and respond within 1โ€“2 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned product is picked up and successfully passes quality inspection.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be transferred to the bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 7โ€“10 business days after successful verification of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Clearance, goodbye sale, or final sale products.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

Issue Resolution
Damaged Item Received Replacement with the same item
Wrong Item Delivered Replacement with the correct item
Size-Related Issue Exchange for the same design in an available size

If the exact item is unavailable, Swarique may offer the closest available alternative or process a refund at its sole discretion.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Email support@swarique.com or visit our Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your Swarique Order ID and registered contact number.
  3. Specify the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  4. Mention the reason for exchange.
  5. Upload relevant images and the unboxing video.
  6. Provide the pickup address and preferred pickup date.
  7. Indicate whether you require:
    • The same item
    • A different size (subject to availability)

Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated and the order will fall under the Return & Exchange Policy.
