At Swarique, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order swiftly. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

  • Orders are dispatched in 2 business days and it typically takes 6-7 additional business days (courier delivery time) to reach you.
  • Few Pin Codes might take longer time/ can be non-serviceable. 

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping is free for all orders above INR 999/-
  • A nominal fee of ₹70 is charged for orders below 999/-.
  • Flat 10% discount is offered for all the prepaid orders
  • COD for certain products might not be available

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us.

Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Use this number to check the status of your delivery on our carrier’s website.

Important Shipping Information:

  • We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address for courier to reach you in time.

Delays & Exceptions :

  • Occasional delays may occur due to weather, local restrictions, or courier-related issues.
  • If your address becomes unserviceable, our team will contact you with alternatives or a refund.
